NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION TO: ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF OR AGAINST NORTHGATE OFFICE 2839, LLC, AN IOWA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Northgate Office 2839, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company, resolved to dissolve on August 19, 2025, and has filed a Statement of Dissolution with the Iowa Secretary of State. As a result, any claims against Northgate Office 2839, LLC, must be placed in writing, documented by any supporting evidence, and mailed to Crystal Raiber for Northgate Office 2839, LLC, at Phelan Tucker Law, 321 East Market Street, Iowa City IA 52245. All claims against Northgate Office 2839, LLC, will be forever barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the publication of this Notice.
