NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION IT Holdings, LLC ("Company") voluntarily dissolved on August 22, 2025, does hereby publish notice of its dissolution and requests that persons with claims against the Company present them in accordance herewith: A claimant must submit its claim in writing to Christopher D. Shelmon, 250 Main Street, Suite 590, Lafayette, IN 47901, and specify the following: claimant's name, address, amount of claim, and description of claimed services and dates thereof.
