NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED AND CLAIMANTS OF WINDSMART WARRANTY SERVICES, LLC: WindSmart Warranty Services, LLC has filed Articles of Dissolution effective on October 15, 2025. All persons with claims against WindSmart Warranty Services, LLC must present them in writing as follows: 1. Claimants should include the following information regarding their claim: a. Claimant's Name, Address, and authorized agent (if applicable); b. The amount claimed; c. The date the claim accrued; d. Basis of Claimant's claim (i.e., contract); 2. Claims must be addressed and mailed postage prepaid to WindSmart Warranty Services, LLC, Attn: David A. Harvey, 3716 Ingersoll Ave., Suite D, Des Moines, IA 50312. 3. NOTWITHSTANDING FILING OF THE CLAIM, ANY CLAIM AGAINST WINDSMART WARRANTY SERVICES, LLC WILL BE BARRED UNLESS A PROCEEDING TO ENFORCE THE CLAIM IS COMMENCED WITHIN THREE (3) YEARS AFTER THE PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
