NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Pursuant to Section 33-44-808, Code of Laws of South Carolina (Uniform Limited Liability Act of 1996), as Amended, the undersigned hereby gives notice to all creditors (of which none are specifically known) that the following South Carolina Limited Liability Company has been dissolved. Name of the LLC: SED Holdings, LLC-Date of Dissolution: December 3, 2025-Articles of Termination Filed: December 4, 2025. CREDITORS TAKE NOTICE: Any person or entity, wherever situate, purporting to make claim against the assets (if any) of the above-named Limited Liability Company, must notify the company of such claim in writing, containing the following information: 1) Name, Address and Authorized Contact for the claimant; 2) Name of the LLC against which the claim is made; 3) Nature of the claim; 4) Copy of any contract or other document the claimant asserts creates a duty or liability on the part of the above-named LLC; and 5) Date and Description of the specific act or failure to act giving rise to the claim.
