NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN AND CLAIMANTS OF TOMA PROPERTIES, L.L.C.: Be advised that TOMA Properties, L.L.C., dissolved effective December 31, 2025. All persons with claims against TOMA Properties, L.L.C., must present them as follows: 1. The claim must include the name of the claimant, the address of the claimant, the telephone number of the claimant, the amount claimed, the date the claim was incurred, and a detailed basis for said claim. The claim must be accompanied by all written evidence of said claim, including but not limited to, invoices, leases, notes, and documents evidencing security interests. 2. Claims must be in writing and must be addressed and mailed postage prepaid to TOMA Properties, L.L.C., 2687 Rohret Road SW, Iowa City, IA 52240. 3. A claim against TOMA Properties, L.L.C., is barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced not later than three years after publication of this notice.
