NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION of BATTELLE FOR KIDS, AN OHIO NONPROFIT CORPORATION Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 1702.48 of the Ohio Revised Code that the previously existing Ohio nonprofit corporation named "Battelle for Kids" has been dissolved, liquidated and terminated effective as of June 15, 2026. The corporation filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of Ohio on June 15, 2026. All claims must be presented in writing and must identify the claimant and contain sufficient information to reasonably inform the corporation of the substance of the claim.
