NOTICE OF ELECTION DELHI CHARTER TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN NOVEMBER 4, 2025 SCHOOL ELECTION To the qualified electors of Delhi Charter Township in Eaton Rapids Public School District Notice is hereby given that an Election will be held in Delhi Charter Township on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. At the following locations: Precinct 1: Delhi Charter Township Municipal Building 2074 Aurelius Road, Holt, MI 48842 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the purpose of this election is to vote on the following proposals as presented and listed below: EATON RAPIDS PUBLIC SCHOOLS SINKING FUND MILLAGE RENEWAL PROPOSAL This proposal will allow the school district to continue to levy the building and site sinking fund millage that expires with the 2025 tax levy. Shall the currently authorized millage rate of .9851 mill ($0.9851 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation) which may be assessed against all property in Eaton Rapids Public Schools, Eaton and Ingham Counties, Michigan, be renewed for a period of 5 years, 2026 to 2030, inclusive, to continue to provide for a sinking fund for the construction or repair of school buildings and all other purposes authorized by law; the estimate of the revenue the school district will collect if the millage is approved and levied in 2026 is approximately $700,000 (this is a renewal of millage that will expire with the 2025 tax levy)?
