NOTICE OF ELECTION ON PROPOSITION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Council of the City of Newark of Licking County, Ohio, passed on the 21st day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of the City of Newark at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025, the question of: Shall the Ordinance No. 25-19 providing for a 0.5 per cent additional levy on income for the General Revenue Fund of the City and specifically dedicated to the operation and maintenance of essential municipal services, including but not limited to, police and fire services, public safety initiatives, and street repair and maintenance, be passed?
