NOTICE OF ELECTION, PRECANVASSING OF BALLOTS, AND CONVENING OF RETURN BOARD In accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Election Code, notice is hereby given to the electors of Beaver County, that a General Primary will be held in said county on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 between the hours of 7 A.M. and 8 P.M., prevailing time in the districts therein. The Board of Elections will begin the pre-canvass and canvass of Absentee and Mail-in Ballots from the May 19, 2026 General Primary on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. in the multi-purpose room located in the courthouse. The Return Board will convene Friday, May 22, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. in the Multi-Purpose Room located in the basement of the Beaver County Courthouse, for the purpose of computing all votes cast and determining the eligibility of provisional ballots. Absentee ballots received from military and overseas electors received no later than 5:00 P.M. on May 26, 2026 will be canvassed on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
