NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Springfield Township Road District, Ohio, passed on the 8th day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November 2025, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation: An additional tax for the benefit of Springfield Township Road District for the purpose of the general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of streets, roads and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $261,083 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $70 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2025, first due in calendar year 2026.
