NOTICE OF EUGENE CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Monday September 15, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. The Eugene City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a request by the University of Oregon to vacate a portion of Leo Harris Parkway, which is an improved public right-of-way. The proposed vacation is in conjunction with the realignment and construction of Leo Harris Parkway in a new location. The proposed vacation area is a section of Leo Harris Parkway south of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The hearing, where persons may express support or objections, will be held on September 15, 2025 at 5:30pm. Information about options for participation in the virtual public hearing will be available at https://www.eugene-or.gov/3360/Webcasts-and-Meeting-Materials. Written testimony received by the close of the hearing and record will be provided to the City Council.
