NOTICE OF EVIDENTIARY HEARING
The Board of Adjustment for the Town of Dallas will hold a Quasi-Judicial hearing on Thursday January 15th, 2026 at 6:30 pm in the Fire Department Community Room at 209 W Main Street, Dallas, NC 28034. This hearing will be held for Variance Request, V-2026-01, by applicant Lorena Hernandez on behalf of BKC Properties.
The listed parcel 132712, or otherwise listed as 302 Starr Street, Dallas, NC 28034, is currently zoned R-8(Residential 8) and is unbuildable with the current zoning requirements for setbacks and lot area size. The Variance request consists of a 16-foot reduction to the required front setback, a 17.5-foot reduction to the required side yard setback, an 8-foot reduction to the required corner side yard setback, as well as, reduction for road frontage and lot square footage.
