NOTICE OF FILING ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that on July 7, 2026, Somerset Trust Company, with its principal place of business located at PO Box 777, 151 West Main Street, Somerset Borough, Somerset County, Pennsylvania 15501, filed Articles of Amendment with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 15 of the Banking Code of 1965, as amended. The purpose of the amendment is to change the location of the institution's principal place of business to be PO Box 777, 400 Georgian Place, Somerset, PA 15501. The current principal place of business will continue to serve as a branch location for the institution and will provide additional space for other corporate needs. All interested persons may file comments regarding this application with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities, Bureau of Bank Supervision, at ra-bnbnksbmssnsppt@pa.gov. In order to be considered, comments regarding this amendment must be received by the Department of Banking and Securities no later than thirty (30) days after the date that notice of the filing of this amendment is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
