NOTICE OF FILING OF BANK MERGER APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that Bogota Savings Bank, a New Jersey-chartered stock savings bank headquartered at 819 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey 07666, intends to file a Bank Merger Act Application (the "Application") with the New York Regional Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") to acquire by merger GSL Savings Bank, a New Jersey-chartered mutual savings bank headquartered at 6823 Bergenline Avenue, Guttenberg, New Jersey 07093. Bogota Savings Bank will be the institution that survives the merger. It is contemplated that all branch offices of GSL Savings Bank will continue to be operated by Bogota Savings Bank following consummation of the merger. Any person wishing to comment on the Application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the FDIC at 120 Park Avenue, 24th Floor, New York, NY 10017, not later than July 26, 2026.
