You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Clive, Iowa, at its regular meeting held on September 25, 2025, adopted and levied a schedule of assessments against the above-described properties for nuisance abatement services (mowing and removal of grasses, weeds, and dense overgrowth) performed pursuant to Section 5-6-2 of the Clive Code of Ordinances.
Pursuant to Section 384.60 of the Code of Iowa, the assessment may be paid in full or in part, without interest, at the Office of the Clive City Clerk, 1900 NW 114th Street, Clive, Iowa 50325, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice, which is October 27, 2025.
If the assessment is not paid within that time, the unpaid amount will be certified to the County Treasurer for collection as a property tax, in one installment, and will thereafter accrue interest and penalties as provided by law.
LAST DAY TO PAY ASSESSMENT WITHOUT INTEREST AT CLIVE CITY HALL: OCTOBER 27, 2025
A copy of the schedule of assessments is on file and available for inspection in the Office of the City Clerk during regular business hours.
