NOTICE OF FILING OF THE SCHEDULE OF ASSESSMENT AGAINST THE PROPERTY(S) FOR NUISANCE ABATEMENT To the Owners of the following described real estate situated in the City of Clive, Iowa: 3430 NW 169TH ST CHAYSE LANDING PLAT 1 LOT 1 Parcel No. 1223355002 17827 CREEKSIDE DR SHADOW CREEK PLAT 6 LOT 24 Parcel No. 1222327025 3949 NW 181ST STREET SHADOW CREEK PLAT 6 LOT 13 Parcel No. 1222327001 You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Clive, Iowa, at its regular meeting held on September 25, 2025, adopted and levied a schedule of assessments against the above-described properties for nuisance abatement services (mowing and removal of grasses, weeds, and dense overgrowth) performed pursuant to Section 5-6-2 of the Clive Code of Ordinances. Pursuant to Section 384.60 of the Code of Iowa, the assessment may be paid in full or in part, without interest, at the Office of the Clive City Clerk, 1900 NW 114th Street, Clive, Iowa 50325, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice, which is October 27, 2025. If the assessment is not paid within that time, the unpaid amount will be certified to the County Treasurer for collection as a property tax, in one installment, and will thereafter accrue interest and penalties as provided by law.
