Pursuant to Section 384.60 of the Code of Iowa, the assessment may be paid in full or in part, without interest, at the Office of the Clive City Clerk, 1900 NW 114th Street, Clive, Iowa 50325, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice, which is November 10, 2025. If the assessment is not paid within that time, the unpaid amount will be certified to the County Treasurer for collection as a property tax, in one installment, and will thereafter accrue interest and penalties as provided by law.
