NOTICE OF FINAL CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT

NOTICE OF FINAL CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT In accordance with Section 38-26-107 C.R.S., Poudre School District will make final payment to and settlement with Bret's Electric, LLC for the Lincoln Middle School and Putnam Elementary School Fire Alarm Replacement project (1600 Lancer Dr and 1400 Maple St, For Collins, CO 80521) on October 27, 2025. This date will be the date of final settlement under Section 38-206-107 C.R.S. Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid by any person or firm that furnished labor, materials, sustenance, or other supplies for the project, must be received by Alex Hendricks, Planning and Construction Manager, 2445 Laporte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 by 5:00 p.m. on the final settlement date written above. Claims must be in the form of a written affidavit, and must conform with Section 38-26-107, C.R.S. September 29 2025 LCOL0379131
