NOTICE OF FINAL CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT

NOTICE OF FINAL CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT In accordance with Section 38-26-107 C.R.S., Poudre School District will make final payment to and settlement with Central Mechanical Incorporated for the Kruse Elementary School and Laurel Elementary School Boilers Replacement project (4400 Mcmurry Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525 and 1000 Locust St, Fort Collins, CO 80524) on October 27, 2025. This date will be the date of final settlement under Section 38-206-107 C.R.S. Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid by any person or firm that furnished labor, materials, sustenance, or other supplies for the project, must be received by Alex Hendricks, Planning and Construction Manager, 2445 Laporte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 by 5:00 p.m. on the final settlement date written above.
