NOTICE OF FINAL CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT In accordance with Section 38-26-107 C.R.S., Poudre School District will make final payment to and settlement with TLH Fire for the Fire Alarm Design Services-Multiple Schools project (2101 S Taft Hill Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80526, 2540 Laporte Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80521, 1600 Lancer Dr, Fort Collins, CO 80521, and 1400 Maple St, Fort Collins, CO 80521) on October 27, 2025. This date will be the date of final settlement under Section 38-206-107 C.R.S. Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid by any person or firm that furnished labor, materials, sustenance, or other supplies for the project, must be received by Alex Hendricks, Planning and Construction Manager, 2445 Laporte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 by 5:00 p.m. on the final settlement date written above. Claims must be in the form of a written affidavit, and must conform with Section 38-26-107, C.R.S. September 29 2025 LCOL0379179
