NOTICE OF FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL
VERNON TOWNSHIP LAND USE BOARD
COUNTY OF SUSSEX, NEW JERSEY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has made application for final site plan approval to the Vernon Township Land Use Board for the property known as Block 402, Lots 2 & 3, located at 19 & 21 Omega Drive, in the Town Center (TC) zone, as follows: Final Site Plan Approval and certain variances from the Redevelopment Plan under N.J.S.A. 40:55d-70c such as: (1) parking space required dimension reduction, (2) deviation from tree-to-parking ratio requirements, (3) deviation from the 10% parking lot greenery requirement, (4) reduction to parking setback requirements, (5) increase in fence and wall height limits, (6) deviation from full frontage sidewalk requirement, and (7) maximum light pole height limit increase and said application has received final site plan approval.
The application (LU#2-25-1) was on the calendar for the Vernon Land Use Board and a public hearing was set for August 27, 2025, at the Vernon Municipal Building, 21 Church Street, Vernon, New Jersey 07462, at 7:00 p.m. Final Site Plan Approval and certain variances from the Redevelopment Plan under N.J.S.A. 40:55d-70c such as: (1) parking space required dimension reduction, (2) deviation from tree-to-parking ratio requirements, (3) deviation from the 10% parking lot greenery requirement, (4) reduction to parking setback requirements, (5) increase in fence and wall height limits, (6) deviation from full frontage sidewalk requirement, and (7) maximum light pole height limit increase.bulk variance(s) were approved for final approval by the Vernon Township Land Use Board on August 27, 2025 and memorialized on September 10, 2025.
The maps, plans, plats and application for which approval has been granted by the Vernon Township Land Use Board are on file in the Planning and Zoning Office of the Vernon Township Municipal Building and are available for inspection at the Municipal Building during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This notice is pursuant to the rules of procedure of the Vernon Land Use Board.
