NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT APPLICATION CITY OF GREAT FALLS, MONTANA
The City of Great Falls Floodplain Administrator received a Floodplain Permit Application submitted by Carl & Martha Schroeder for the property addressed as 2900 Lower River Road and legally described as Lot 3A & Mark 3AA, Mclean Garden Tracts, Section 23, T20N, R3E, Cascade County, Montana. The project is within the designated Missouri River flood fringe.
The purpose of the project is to build an addition to the existing residence. The floodplain application is reviewed for conformance with floodplain regulations within the Official Code of the City of Great Falls, Title 17, Chapter 56. Any other permits or approvals that may be required are the responsibility of the applicant and the appropriate agency.
Any interested person has fifteen (15) days from the publishing date of this notice to appear and speak for or against and/or submit written comments concerning this application as it relates to the floodplain.
