NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT APPLICATION CITY OF GREAT FALLS, MONTANA
The City of Great Falls Floodplain Administrator received an application submitted
by John England for the property addressed as 1535 Meadowlark Drive and legallydescribed as Lot 18, Block 2, Country Club Addition, Section 14, T20N, R3E, Cascade County, Montana. The project is within the designated Missouri River flood fringe.
The purpose of the project is to build a deck off of the rear of the existing residence.
The floodplain application is reviewed for conformance with floodplain regulations
within the Official Code of the City of Great Falls, Title 17, Chapter 56. Any other
permits or approvals that may be required are the responsibility of the applicant and the appropriate agency.
Any interested person has fifteen (15) days from the publishing date of this notice to appear and speak for or against and/or submit written comments concerning this application as it relates to the floodplain. Please contact the Floodplain
