NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT APPLICATION CITY OF GREAT FALLS, MONTANA The City of Great Falls Floodplain Administrator received an application submitted by MT BNL Properties for the property addressed as 423 Riverview Court and legally described as Lot 12-A, Block 13, Country Club Addition, Section 14, T20N, R3E, City of Great Falls, Cascade County, Montana. The project is within the designated Missouri River flood fringe. The purpose of the project is to demolish the existing home and build a new residence placed upon fill. The floodplain application is reviewed for conformance with floodplain regulations within the Official Code of the City of Great Falls, Title 17, Chapter 56. Any other permits or approvals that may be required are the responsibility of the applicant and the appropriate agency. Any interested person has fifteen (15) days from the publishing date of this notice to appear and speak for or against and/or submit written comments concerning this application as it relates to the floodplain.
