NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT APPLICATION CITY OF GREAT FALLS, MONTANA
The City of Great Falls Floodplain Administrator received an application submitted by Boggs for the property addressed as 2804 Park Garden Ln and legally described as Lot 4A, Foxwood Estates Addition, Section 12, T20N, R3E, City of Great Falls, Cascade County, Montana. The project is within the designated Missouri River flood fringe.
The purpose of the project is to build a new residence placed upon fill. The floodplain application is reviewed for conformance with floodplain regulations within the Official Code of the City of Great Falls, Title 17, Chapter 56. Any other permits or approvals that may be required are the responsibility of the applicant and the appropriate agency.
Any interested person has fifteen (15) days from the publishing date of this notice to appear and speak for or against and/or submit written comments concerning this application as it relates to the floodplain.
