NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT APPLICATION
The Cascade County Floodplain Administrator is in receipt of a Floodplain Permit Application Amendment (FP 2024-003) submitted by Ryan Buffington. The applicant is requesting approval of the construction of a 28' x 32' non-residential structure. The project is located at 39 Siebold Ln, Lot 017, Block 001, of Siebold Missouri River Tracts, Section 02, Township 16 N, Range 02 W, P.M.M Cascade County, MT. Geocode 02-2555-02-2-01-20-0000, Parcel #3152400. The location is within FEMA's designated floodplain Zone AE as shown on FIRM #30013C1115E.
Adjacent landowners and other interested parties have fifteen (15) days from the receipt, or the publishing of this notice, to submit comments concerning this proposal to the Cascade County Floodplain Administrator located at 121 4th St N, Suite 2 H/I, Great Falls, MT 59401, or by email at planningcomments@cascadecountymt.gov.
