will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on February 5th, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated February 4th, 2025, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1962 at Page 1395.
