NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF JEFFERSON To: 1) Alvin Lewis deceased ; 2) Any Heirs know & Unknown of Alvin Lewis; 3) Any tenants or parties in possession of the below-described property; 3) City of Louisville, Georgia; 4) Jefferson County, Georgia; State of Georgia. Take notice that: Pursuant to OCGA Section 48-4-45 and Section 48-4-46; the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Louisville 82 GMD, Jefferson County, Georgia, containing 0.425 acres, more or less, appearing as Lot No. 2 on plat of survey made by Edward G. Andrews, Surveyor, dated March 26, 1977, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of said county in Deed Book 114, Page 46, reference being made thereto for a particular description. Said property is bounded on the Northeast by Lot 1 of the Alvin Lewis Subdivision on the Southeast by other lands of Alvin Lewis, on the Southwest by Lot no. 3 of said Subdivision, and on the Northwest by the access road hereinafter referred to.
Also included with this conveyance are all the rights of ingress and egress along the 20-foot wide access road as shown on said recorded plat. As described in Deed book 172, Page 319. Further described as Map & Parcel 0120026 Jefferson County Records will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on the 27th day of April, 2026 following the date of the last publication notice in 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of March, 2024, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior court of Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 645, at Pages 25-26. As described in Deed Book 366, Page 59. Further described as Map & Parcel 0091068. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 27th day of April 2026 following the last publication date set forth below in 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Garrett F.
