NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage dated October 7, 2025, issued in and for Martin County, Florida, in Case No. 24001104CAAXMZ, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST X-A is the Plaintiff, and MARY MCINTOSH A/K/A MARY W. MCINTOSH A/K/A MARY WANDA MCINTOSH, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST HAROLD MCINTOSH, DECEASED, MIDLAND FUNDING LLC, PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES LLC, HAROLD ERIC MCINTOSH, LAURA ANN MCINTOSH A/K/A LAURA MCINTOSH A/K/A LAURA A. MCINTOSH, DERIK BISHOP, AUSTIN BECKER, KARLIE BISHOP and RAVEN BISHOP are the Defendants.
