NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2026, and entered in Case No. 502024CA12177 in the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIFTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA wherein THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, an agency of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS DEVISEES GRANTEES ASSIGNEES LIENORS CREDITORS TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS-CLAIMING BY THORUGH UNDER OR AGAINST SYLVIA KATZ is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 13, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

the legal description of which is:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL 104 OF PHASE 4 (BUILDING 4) OF REGAL SHORES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8804, PAGE 1970; AS AMENDED BY THE AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8933, AT PAGE 970 ADDING PHASE 4 THERETO, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
