NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Assignment of Leases and Rents dated May 27, 2026, issued in and for Indian River County, Florida, in Case No. 2025 CA 000731, wherein IBI-EJ FALCON INVESTMENTS LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and THE PALM'S INN HOTEL, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ALICIA HAMILTON are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, RYAN BUTLER, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on July 01, 2026, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.indian-river.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Assignment of Leases and Rents, to wit:
