NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Assignment of Leases and Rents dated October 15, 2025, and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated June 23, 2026, issued in and for Brevard County, Florida, in Case No. 05-2025-CA-022704, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF MFA 2023-NQM4 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and RED KEY 38, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN SCHLACACH and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN SCHLABACH are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, RACHEL SADOFF, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on July 29, 2026, at in-person sale beginning at 11:00 AM, at in the Brevard Room at the Brevard County Government Center - North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796 the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 17, REVISED PLAT OF RIVERVIEW ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
