NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 08, 2026, issued in and for Brevard County, Florida, in Case No. 05-2025-CA-041466, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MAXINE B. OLIN, DECEASED, KAREN LICHTMAN, CINDY KUSH A/K/A CINDY BARNARD KUSH, JAMES MICHAEL BARNARD A/K/A JAMES BARNARD, DOUGLAS BARNARD, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, INDIAN RIVER COLONY CLUB, INCORPORATED, ENTERPRISE LEASING COMPANY OF FLORIDA, LLC D/B/A ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR and CLERK OF THE COURT FOR BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, RACHEL SADOFF, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on August 12, 2026, at in-person sale beginning at 11:00 AM, at the Brevard Room at the Brevard County Government Center - North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796 the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
