NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 7, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 50-2022-CA-012306-XXXX-MB in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and JUAN C. RESTREPO A/K/A JUAN RESTREPO; SHARON RESTREPO; NICOLAS ARENCIBIA, are defendants, Joseph Abruzzo, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on September 22, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
