NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2025 and entered in Case No.: 50-2024-CA-010617-XXXA-MB in the CIRCUIT COURT in and for PALM BEACH County, Florida wherein CARRIAGE HOUSES OF FAIRFIELD ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and wherein Defendants, HEATHER S. DILLER; STEVEN C. BLUMBERG are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder
for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on- line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th of November, 2025, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
