NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 31, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 35-2025-CA-001240-AXXX-01 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Not Mapped, Florida, the Clerk of Court, , will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, First Floor Jury Room, Tavares, FL, 32778 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6 day of January, 2026 at 11:00am on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 15, 16 and 17, Block "B", Forest Hills, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 4 and 5, of the Public Records of Lake County, Florida. Together with 1984 Palm Harbor Mobile Home VIN #25630340AT and 25630340BT, Title #4015138 and 40147719.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
