NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 23, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 001176 in the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA wherein SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AN AGENCY OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JUDITH BECKER is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, www.indian-river.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 23, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 204, Building 32, of Vista Plantation, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 699, Page(s) 1817, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
