NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 10TH day of December 2025, in Case No. 2024-CA-010094-XXXA-MB, of the Circuit Court of the 15TH Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein ANCHOR LOANS, LP, a Delaware Limited Partnership, is the Plaintiff, BPG LLC 2022, a Florida Limited Liability Company; SUSAN J. LUCKNER; YORK RESOURCES, LLC, a New York Limited Liability Company; BAY HILL ESTATES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A STONEWAL PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and THE ESTATES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants.
