NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2026 and entered in Case No.: 2024-CC-006907, of the County Court in the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Saddle Creek Preserve Community Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Moises Angel Cadiz and Emily Marie Cadiz are the Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM ET on March 10, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit: "Lot 385 of Saddle Creek Preserve Phase 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 189, Page 20, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida." The Property is located at the street address of: 4341 Trotters Way, Lakeland, Florida 33801. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE FORECLOSURE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
