NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2024 CA 001647 of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein Plaintiff, PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC., sued Defendants HOWARD SCHWEITZER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF ESTATE OF HAROLD SCHWEITZER; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HAROLD SCHWEITZER, DECEASED; HOWARD SCHWEITZER; ROBERT SCHWEITZER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, Michelle R. Miller, the Clerk of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://stlucie.realforeclose.com at the hour of 8:00 a.m. on the 7th day of July 2026, the following property:
