NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Second Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2026, and entered in 25000085CA of the Circuit Court of the FOURTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Bay County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSMPS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-4 is the Plaintiff and JAMES ALAN HESSON A/K/A JAMES A.
