NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Main Courthouse, on the 1st Floor Customer Service Department – Multipurpose Room, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat., the following described real property:
UNIT NO. 3, IN BUILDING 100, OF GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3969, PAGE 1537, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Commonly known as: 100 Santa Clara Drive, Unit 3, Naples, FL 34104
("Property").
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in Case No.: 11-2025-CA-001606-0001-01 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interested in the surplus from the sale, if any other than the property owner as of the date of Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
