NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 10, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 50-2025-CA-009937-XXXA-M of the Circuit Court of the 15TH Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and PAUL ETERGINIO, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, MICHAEL A. CARUSO, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at PALM BEACH County's On-Line Public Auction website at: https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com/, at 10:00 AM on August 10, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PALM BEACH County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure to-wit:
UNIT 215, VILLAGE GREEN EASTON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3345, PAGE(S) 1358, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
