NOTICE OF FORFEITURE COMPLAINT TO: FEDERICO MARTINEZ 4342 Brewster Lane West Palm Beach, FL 33417 In accordance with §932.704(6)(a) and (b), Florida Statutes (2022) and to all others who claim an interest in the following property: EIGHTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 00/100 ($18,500.00) DOLLARS UNITED STATES CURRENCY. The City of West Palm Beach Police Department, a department of the City of West Palm Beach ("CITY"), seized the Subject Property on August 6, 2025 following a lawful search warrant in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, FL. CITY filed a Complaint for Forfeiture in the Circuit Court, Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida on the 18th day of September 2025, for the purpose of obtaining a Final Order of Forfeiture as to the Subject Currency, upon producing due proof that same was used in violation of Florida Statutes §§932.701-706. In accordance with section 932.704(5)(c), Florida Statutes, all claimants who desire to contest the forfeiture are required to file and serve upon AUSTIN GRAHAM, attorney for the Petitioner, whose address is 401 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 any responsive pleadings and affirmative defenses and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court within 20 days after service of a copy of the Complaint; otherwise, a default may be entered against you.
