NOTICE OF GIBBSBORO PLANNING BOARD HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
On Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard and considered, Ms. Rigge Blixt-Pluck ("the Applicant") will apply to the Gibbsboro Planning Board, at the Gibbsboro Borough Hall, 49 Kirkwood Road, Gibbsboro, New Jersey 08026, for a variance from the provisions of Section 400-7(G)(4) Gibbsboro Municipal Code, to allow the Applicant to house and maintain four (4) mature horses, at her 4.67 acre property, where one (1) horse is allowed for every two (2) acres of land under the Gibbsboro code. The Applicant's property is located at 103 Lakeview Drive South [a/k/a County Route 561] and is designated as Lots 10 and 11 in Block 18.07 on the Gibbsboro Municipal Tax Map. The horses are essentially the Applicant's pets and they will never be used for, nor engaged in, any commercial activities whatsoever at or on the Applicant's property. The Applicant will also request any additional variances, waivers, or exceptions recommended by the Planning Board or its professionals.
Ms. Blixt-Pluck's Application and all supporting documentation are on file with the Planning Board Secretary and may be reviewed at the Gibbsboro Planning Board Office, 49 Kirkwood Road, Gibbsboro, New Jersey, during regular business hours Monday through Thursday.
Any interested party may appear in person, or by attorney at the scheduled hearing, and present any comments or objections concerning the Applicant's application.
