NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER BANKRUPTCY Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2023), all interested grain sellers are hereby notified of the bankruptcy filing of grain dealer license held by Hansen-Mueller Co., Omaha, Nebraska, Grain Dealer license number GD-5048. The Grain Dealer filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on November 17, 2025. The grain dealer operates grain facilities in Council Bluffs and Sioux City, Iowa. The bankruptcy filing of the above-identified grain dealer license is a "claim incurrence date" in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2). All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by March 17, 2026 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Hoover State Office Building, 1305 E. Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund. Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant. Failure to make a timely claim against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund does not relieve the grain dealer of its liability to the claimant. December 3, 10 2025 LIOW0414566
