Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code of the Borough of Westwood and the provisions of N.J.S.A 40:55D-12, notice is hereby given that CJA Ventures LLC, applicants for the property commonly known as 84 Washington Avenue, Westwood, New Jersey 07675, also known as Lot 2.01 in Block 805 on the tax assessment map of the Borough of Westwood, have filed an application (construction of addition and related work) with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Westwood. They seek minor subdivision with site plan approval together with use and other variances from the Westwood Zoning Ordinance which requires, among other things:
Section 195-127 Schedule B of the Westwood Zoning Code and otherwise– Multi-family use now not permitted in office zone. The applicant seeks a three-family use on proposed lot 2.

A public hearing with respect to this application has been scheduled for Monday, March 2, 2026 at 8:00 PM, at the Westwood Municipal Building, 101 Washington Ave., Westwood, New Jersey 07675, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard. All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard at that time.
