PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: that on the 25th day of November 2025, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Union City Planning Board at the Union City High School, in the Media Room, located at 2500 J.F. Kennedy Boulevard, Union City, New Jersey 07087 on the application or appeal of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit the following:
Applicant seeks review and modification of a previously approved Site Plan for a project at this location, as well as the approval of any resulting required variances, if any. The proposed modifications are required in order to permit the City to maintain the current location of Peter Street and adjacent sidewalks in an area currently encroaching on applicant's property.
The application along with the required maps, survey, site plans, and all related documents are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and are available for inspection, during regular business hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., you may call for specific times, Monday through Friday.
The property is located at 3309 Hudson Avenue, and 3308-3310 Palisade Avenue, Union City, New Jersey and it is designated as Lots 5, 6, 24 to 28 and 40 in Block 200 on the Union City Tax Map.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
