NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE THE BOROUGH OF LEETSDALE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE THE BOROUGH OF LEETSDALE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of Leetsdale Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Borough Council Chambers located at 373 Beaver Street, Leetsdale, PA 15056 at which time the Board will hold a hearing on the following matter: The application of Tim Mitchell Associates & Kenworth of Pennsylvania requesting special exceptions pursuant to the following Sections of the Borough of Leetsdale Zoning Ordinance: 300-7.C, 300-16, and 300-32, to install three (3) single-faced, LED-illuminated, business building signs at 201 Center Avenue, Leetsdale, PA 15056 (Allegheny County Parcel I.D. Nos. 0704-K-00300-0000-00 and 0704-K-00325-0000-00). The property is in the I Industrial Zoning District. The Board will consider any other matters that come before it. The above application may be reviewed at the Borough's Municipal Offices during regular business hours (8:30 AM-4:30 PM). All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.
