NOTICE OF HEARING – BOROUGH OF PARAMUS BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BOROUGH OF PARAMUS BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 9th at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Paramus in the Council Chambers, Paramus Borough Hall, One Jockish Square, Paramus, New Jersey. The undersigned applicant, 676 Cambridge LLC, seeks variance relief and/or other applicable approvals to permit the construction of an in-ground swimming pool, patio, hot tub, and slide in the rear yard of the property. The subject property is located at 676 Cambridge Road, Paramus, New Jersey, and is designated as Block 7007, Lot 18 on the official tax map of the Borough of Paramus. The requested relief is sought from the applicable provisions of the Borough's Land Use Ordinance, including but not limited to setback requirements and any other variances or waivers that may be required. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Board of Adjustment.
