NOTICE OF HEARING
BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
In compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of Burlington Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, and N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the Burlington Township Zoning Board of Adjustment on the application of Aldric Gomez- Electrify America seeking Use Variance, and Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan and associated Bulk Variance approvals concerning development of a commercial Level 3 electric vehicle charging station comprised of 20 DC fast charging dispensers, a battery energy storage system, supporting electrical infrastructure and associated site improvements at an existing undersized 1.02 acre property located at 100 Bromley Boulevard, and known as Block 124 Lot 15 on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Burlington.
The subject property lies Burlington Township's B-1 Business Zone District in which the proposed commercial electric vehicle charging station use is not permitted as of right. The applicant will request any waivers, design exceptions or variances the Board deems necessary for approval of the submitted plans.
Anyone affected by this application may have an opportunity to be heard at a meeting of the Burlington Township Zoning Board of Adjustment to be held on June 17, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at the Burlington Township Municipal Complex, 851 Old York Road, Burlington, New Jersey 08016.
All documents relating to this application are on file and may be inspected by the public during normal business hours Monday through Friday, in the office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Burlington Township Municipal Complex, 851 Old York Road, Burlington, New Jersey 08016.
